The day i never thought would happen

I always thought that never in a million years would i ever make a blog.

Even just writing the word feels weird, yet here i am. Its well past 1am on a Sunday morning and i'm sat here filling in a textbox on a brand new section of my website.

Anyone who knows me, knows that i can get a bit fixated on things, and can talk about that topic for hours on end. In fact the name projectpine itself was chosen after binge watching the entirety of the TV show Gravity Falls, and the original logo was heavily inspired from the main character Dipper's hat.

So naturally when a new title in another show i really deeply care about (a post for another day) was announced, i just needed to vent about it for an extended period of time. The problem is, you can only rant about something with someone for so long before they just kind of want to kill you.

Very quickly i found myself running out of people who were even remotely interested, and after a lengthy conversation with a friend in Discord about it, the thought entered my mind:

i need a blog

Somewhere i can put whatever i feel like in as much detail as i want without annoying those around me. Initially i thought it was a stupid idea, but suddenly i found myself building it, and now, two days later, here it is.

I don't know if this will be a regular thing, almost certainly not, but its definitely here to stay for now. I will most likely be adding the rant that made this happen, but beyond that i have no idea. All i can say is this:
